Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new Dippin' Daisy's pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all products are returned in their original condition with tags and hygienic liners still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, then print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
